Title: Garden Turkey & Rice Salad

2cCooked brown rice
1cCooked turkey breast, cut into bite size pieces
1cCelery, coarsely chopped
1cCarrots, sliced
3/4cToasted wheat germ
1/3cGreen onions, sliced
3tbFresh parsley, chopped (optional) l/2 tsp. black pepper l/2
1/4cLemon juice

Combine first eight ingredients in medium bowl. Combine Italian dressing and lemon juice. Pour dressing over salad; mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 3 servings.
